Everyone is welcome to attend any sessions whether experienced or just starting out for either fitness or competition. Come along and have a chat to Rick Van Kampen and let him know your goals and what you are wanting to work towards. Anything is achievable!!

Ensure you are at the club 15 minutes prior to training so you are ready to go on time. Also ensure you sign the attendance book. NB. all sessions are Qld time

Saturday 8am – 9am (meet at club 7.30am)
Sunday 7am – 8am (before nippers)
Please arrive 15-20 minuter prior to help sort out equipment. Parents required for water safety.
Nippers must sign on before training and wear the club cap and pink high vis rashie. NB. all sessions are Qld time
